What we do

Main services

We work from your drawing — from prototype to production run — with CAD/CAM programming and material usage optimization.

Custom sheet punching

Round, square, rectangular, oblong and special-shaped holes, in straight or staggered grids or free positions per drawing.

Contour cutting (nibbling)

Free-form exterior and interior contours — cutouts, windows, masks — directly from flat sheet.

Perforated panels

Panels at the exact project dimensions, with solid margins for frames, hemming or welding.

Screens, guards, grilles, ventilation

Screens and sieves, gratings, machine guards, grilles and ventilation panels for utility use.

Parts from drawing / DXF

We work directly from DXF / DWG or a dimensioned sketch. CAD/CAM programming with nesting for minimal material use.

Small runs and prototypes

Up to 900 strokes per minute and automatic tool change — efficient for a single piece and for series.

Special operations

Evaluated on request

Depending on available tooling and technical analysis, we can also evaluate special operations such as forming, ribs, louvres, marking or threading. Send us your requirement — we confirm feasibility and cost at quoting.
Ventilation louvres formed in sheet metal

Ventilation louvres

Formed slots that allow airflow without open holes — for electrical enclosures, HVAC and equipment guards.

Stiffening ribs formed in sheet metal

Stiffening ribs

Ribs programmable to any length, increasing panel rigidity without extra material — larger, thinner, cheaper panels.

Embosses and countersinks formed in sheet metal

Formed embosses and countersinks

Stand-offs, screw seats, recesses and embossed logos — directly at punching, with no secondary operations.

Collar extrusion in sheet metal

Collar extrusions

Raised collar around the hole — for threading in thin sheet, pipe support or airflow.

Thread formed in sheet metal

Threading M3 – M8

Thread formed directly in the sheet — eliminates nuts, rivets and extra assembly operations.

Half shear in sheet metal

Half shears

Buttons partially pressed from the sheet — locating features for spot welding and precise assembly.

Engraving / marking Chamfering Deburring Formed hinges

Patterns

Common perforations

The most requested geometries — and any other shape per your drawing.

Materials

Materials we process

Flat metal sheets, cold- or hot-rolled — from our stock or from material you supply.

MaterialTypical thicknessTypical applications
Carbon steel (black / pickled)0.5 – 8 mm*Utility and industrial applications
Galvanized steel0.5 – 3 mmCorrosion protection without further painting
Stainless steel0.5 – 4 mmFood industry, outdoor, corrosive environments
Aluminium0.5 – 8 mm*Facades, cladding, lightweight applications
Copper / brass0.5 – 3 mmDecorative and electrotechnical applications

*Maximum punchable thickness depends on the material, the minimum hole diameter (rule of thumb: diameter ≥ sheet thickness) and the available tool. We confirm feasibility after technical analysis.

Applications

Who we work for

From metal fabricators to architecture projects — we deliver perforated sheet exactly to the project drawing.

Perforated sheet with round holes

Metal fabrication

Perforated blanks ready for bending or welding: enclosures, masks, panels, brackets. Reduce operations in your workshop.

Architectural facade of perforated panels

Architects and developers

Ventilated facades, cladding, parapets, ceilings and decorative panels — custom perforations, with solid zones where the design requires.

Decorative perforated sheet

Fences, gates, balconies

Perforated panels for fences, gates and railings: privacy, ventilation and a modern look, at exact dimensions.

Anti-slip perforated sheet

Industrial applications

Screens and sieves, gratings, machine guards, ventilation masks, anti-slip treads — precise execution, utility role.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ — Custom sheet punching

What maximum sheet dimensions can you punch?

The working size is 1500 × 3000 mm. With automatic repositioning we can process sheets up to 6000 mm long.

Can I order a single sheet?

Yes. We produce from a single piece — prototypes and small quantities — up to industrial runs.

In what format do I send the drawing?

Ideally DXF or DWG. We also accept PDF or a dimensioned sketch — our team converts it into a CNC program.

What maximum thickness can you punch?

Up to 8 mm, depending on material, geometry, tool and technical feasibility. Exact confirmation after reviewing the drawing.

Can I bring my own material?

Yes. We punch both from our material stock and from sheet you supply, if it is compatible with the machine.

Do you make holes that aren't round?

Yes — square, rectangular, oblong and special shapes, in any layout the project requires.
