Custom metal cutting
We cut to order profiles, tubes, bars and sheet — in-house production, fast turnaround, including small quantities. We work with a band saw, an angle grinder and a guillotine for sheet (up to 3 mm thick, 2500 mm length). For contours and shapes cut from sheet we also cut on the CNC TRUMPF TC 500 R (up to 8 mm).

Sheet cutting on guillotine
Sheet up to 3 mm thick, over a 2500 mm length — straight edges, no major burrs.
CNC contour cutting (TRUMPF TC 500 R)
We cut contours and shapes from sheet (up to 8 mm) on the CNC punch press — precise blanks, ready for further processing.
Angle cuts
Cuts at 45° or other angles for joints, frames and welded structures.

What sheet thickness do you cut on the guillotine?
Up to 3 mm thick, over a 2500 mm cutting length. For greater thicknesses we recommend another method.
