Rubber suspension elements
ROSTA rubber suspension elements are torsion-elastic spring assemblies: four pre-tensioned Rubmix 10 rubber cords between two square profiles rotated by 45° — the base for pendulum suspensions of vibrator motors, torque supports, torsional springs and impact absorption, in the DR, DK, DW and DO series.

FAQ — Rubber suspension elements
How does the torsion-elastic element work?
Rotating the inner profile compresses the rubber cords between the profiles — the result is a friction-free torsion spring, with no bearings and no maintenance.
How do I choose the size?
By the required torque (Md) at the application oscillation angle — torque tables go from 0.4 Nm to hundreds of Nm; we make the selection.
Does it survive outdoors / harsh environments?
The extruded aluminium profiles are seawater resistant (DIN 1725), and from size 60 up the construction is steel.
